The Nordic Trax Group, comprising the companies Nordic Track Service, Nordic Trax Resurs, and Nordic Trax Signal, will be the first to join the newly established railway group, Rovik.
As of June 2, Rovik has entered into a partnership with the Nordic Trax Group, which, alongside several other companies, will form the foundation of the new railway group in Sweden.
It is very exciting to launch this new group with Nordic Trax as a co-founder. They bring extensive experience, skilled personnel, and a breadth of services that align perfectly with Rovik’s strategy, says Sofia Sartor, acting CEO of Rovik.
Founded in 2013, the Nordic Trax Group possesses extensive and broad experience in the railway sector. They primarily operate as subcontractors for companies such as Strukton, Infranord, Infrakraft, and NRC, among others, on projects and maintenance for both subways and railways. Trax Signal, led by CEO Fredrik Ungerdahl, is also SISÄ-approved by the Swedish Transport Administration, which enables the expansion of their signaling operations. The Trax Group is headquartered in Borlänge but operates throughout Sweden and in Norway.
