Rovik, a new player in railway infrastructure, focusing on quality, reliable delivery, and safety.
The Swedish railway industry is facing major challenges. Neglected maintenance, a high pace of investment, and increased demands for safety, documentation, and production stability are placing new requirements on both contractors and subcontractors.
Rovik is now being established as a new group within railway infrastructure, bringing together specialists with both breadth and niche expertise, a strong safety culture, and a proven track record of delivery.
The group consists of well-established companies with deep industry knowledge, a strong local presence, and extensive experience. Members include the Nordic Trax companies, NTVF, Honk & Sandström, and ENTHR. Additional companies have joined and will be presented shortly. Alongside the founders and staff from each company, the Rovik group is also backed by Aspira Partners, a Nordic investment organization with experience in contracting and infrastructure.
Rovik’s ambition is to contribute to a more long-term, professional, and stable railway industry by bringing together subcontractors and specialist companies that share the same view on quality, efficiency, safety, and accountability.

All companies joining Rovik have undergone a thorough review focusing on areas such as competence, business ethics, safety awareness, delivery capability, and long-term stability and growth. These areas will be further developed collectively, while the individual companies continue to operate independently in their respective markets and with their existing customers.
– We see that the collaboration within Rovik will help the member companies meet industry demands even more effectively. Our ambition is also to reduce the number of subcontractor tiers and offer a more consolidated delivery through a broader service offering and pooled expertise, says Sofia Sartor.
An important part of the Rovik model is to create engagement and participation among employees, thereby attracting and retaining key talent.
